The Vision of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry The year of 2020 has dawned. I wish all members good health and happiness in the new year.

I have been elected as the president of this association for the next 2 years, starting from January 1st , 2020. During my term of office, I will do my best to ensure that this association will further develop to be faithful to its original purpose.

First, I will guide this association to become a pillar of research and education of child and adolescent psychiatry. To help members develop as experts in child and adolescent psychiatry, I will prepare fruitful academic meetings and support the journal to elevate its status to a highly qualified academic journal.

Second, I will strive to encourage mutual friendship among our members and to promote the rights and interests of our members. I will open my ears and heart to the opinions and hardships of our members, and try to solve problems and overcome difficulties together. I will strengthen our communication with the outside world as well as with our members so that our association can become a small but strong group of experts.

Third, I will facilitate the association’s contribution to the mental health of children and adolescents in our country. I plan to establish a network among our members so that they can work efficiently and organically. Through this network, we will be able to provide fast and accurate advice and intervention on incidents and accidents that threaten the mental health of children and adolescents.

The professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication that the members showed me has given me great pride. I will continue to move forward with the strength of the society and its members.
